Cancellation Policy: A $50 processing fee is deducted from all cancellations. If notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the course, the deposit is transferrable to a future Tantric Arts Institute course. The amount of tuition registration over the deposit amount and fee is refundable to the registrant. If notice of cancellation is received less that 30 days prior to the course, the deposit is forfeited, and the amount of registration tuition over the deposit is non-refundable. Any costs from the retreat center incurred by the participant’s registration are deducted. The remainder of the registration amount after the deduction & fees is transferrable to a future Tantric Arts Institute course.
